Responsibilities: - Process 500-700+ invoices weekly with accuracy.
- Manage invoice approval workflows.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Manage the accounts payable inbox.
- Assist with payment processing.
- Collaborate with departments to address discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Adhere to finance policies and procedures.
- Take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in accounts payable.
- Must have experience processing 500+ invoices per week
- Proficiency in Great Plains or Oracle systems a plus
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
