Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
- Receive, open, date stamp and distribute Accounting Department mail
- Match AP invoices to receiving documentation
- Perform data entry of AP invoices
- Research any AP discrepancies
- File emails in customer sub folders
Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:
- 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role required
- Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent (+4 years) preferred
- Experience with a major ERP and proficiency in Excel
