Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable (AP) Processor is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments. This includes matching invoices to received goods, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies. The role supports day-to-day accounting operations within a high-volume environment and works closely with internal teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities:
•   Process high-volume invoices with 3-way matching (purchase orders, goods received, and invoices).
•   Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with purchasing and receiving teams.
•   Follow up on outstanding invoices and vendor credits.
•   Ensure timely payments in line with agreed terms.
•   Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
•   Collaborate with departments to validate receipts and purchase orders.
•   Assist with month-end close activities.
•   Support audits by providing required documentation.
•   Communicate with vendors regarding payments and statements.
•   Adhere to AP best practices and internal procedures. Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; relevant experience accepted.
•   Minimum 2 years of AP or accounting experience, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing.
•   Knowledge of invoice matching, payment terms, and vendor reconciliation.
•   Experience with international vendors is a plus.
•   Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
•   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•   Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
•   Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
•   Team player with a proactive attitude. Work Environment:
•   Fully onsite, Monday through Friday.
•   Collaborative team environment.
•   Regular interaction with office and warehouse staff.
