The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for managing, processing, and troubleshooting invoices for our Property Operations Division as well as other general accounting tasks.

Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Essential Duties: (Other duties may be assigned).
Process invoices and checks for properties
Prepare rent rolls and vacancy calculations monthly
Enter journal entries
Assist with deposit accounting
Prepare bank reconciliations
Vendor correspondence
Assist property site managers with general questions

Skills & Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting Required
2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable strongly desired
2+ years of experience in General Accounting preferred
Previous experience working in organization with many different divisions a plus
Previous experience with Yardi and/or Sage software a plus
Previous experience with Nexus/Bottomline software preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
