Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Analyst
- Review and process vendor invoices and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
- Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address payment inquiries and improve processes.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
