Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Analyst - Prepare daily and weekly cash projections, analyze payment reports, and apply payments in Oracle.
- Ensure accuracy of payment templates and wire instructions, monitor bank balances.
- Maintain "late payment" tracker and collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
- Handle vendor payment inquiries, reconcile statements, and resolve complex AP/IT tickets.
- Lead AP month-end close, reconcile AP subledger, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Maintain AP subledger accuracy, process prepayments, currency translations, and write-offs.
- Assist with new supplier onboarding by providing compliance documents.
Key Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Analyst - Experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Oracle preferred.
- Strong account reconciliation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
