Accounts Payable/Receivables Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / RECEIVABLES COORDINATOR:
- Manage AP/AR duties
- Billing and cash applications
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Post journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- Process credit card payments and deposits
- Track outstanding invoices
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Assist with payroll processing
- Support revenue recognition processes
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / RECEIVABLES COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Bachelors or Associates degree is preferred
- At least 1+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Solid Excel skills
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter
