Job Description
The Audit & Accounts Manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting senior members of the team
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing client expectations and resolving concerns
- Conducting client meetings and providing business advice
- Identifying and resolving technical accounting and auditing issues
- Drafting detailed audit findings and recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with auditing standards and firm methodologies
- Resolving complex accounting queries
- Reviewing tax computations and provisions
- Supporting year-end reporting processes
The Successful Applicant
- ACA/ACCA qualified accountant
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards
- Experience managing audit engagements and client relationships
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
