- Reconciliation of Bank and Cash Accounts
- Processing Intercompany Journal Entries for Manual Invoices
- Prepayments
- Managing Accruals for Cash Transactions
- Oversight of Fixed Assets
- Calculation and Posting of Central Cost Accruals
- Conducting Rent Reviews
- Evaluating Repairs and Maintenance: Expenses
- Posting of Assets and Depreciation Entries
- Execution of Bank Payments
- Any other duties required by the wider finance function
What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent knowledge and experience of all-round accounts. The ideal candidate would have excellent Excel and will have previously used SAGE, and display good communication skills and have a pro-active approach to ensure the job is done to a high standard. You will ideally be immediately available or on short notice.
