Our client is a dynamic and busy commercial B2B business. You will be based in a lively office environment alongside a small on-site team. We are looking for someone reliable, flexible in their working approach, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

This role is ideal for a strong administrator looking to develop further within a finance support position. You will be responsible for a mix of administration and finance support tasks, with full training provided on systems.

Duties:

  • Chasing purchase orders (POs) and invoices
  • Managing basic accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks
  • Dealing with internal and external finance queries
  • Inputting and maintaining information within bespoke system
  • Using Excel for reporting and data management
  • Supporting the wider finance and office team as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Some prior experience or understanding of basic finance processes (AR/AP) preferred
  • Comfortable using systems and databases
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Able to travel to the office 5 days per week
