Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
  • Review vendor statements
  • Prepare monthly credit card reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable
  • Apply customer payments
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices
• Assist with 1099 preparation
• Prepare monthly spreadsheets for billing back utilities and sales tax

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an Accounting Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
