Accounting Specialist

Under the guidance of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), perform the following duties: Work closely with CPAs to review account books and accounting systems to ensure they operate efficiently and comply with established accounting standards. Compile and present comprehensive reports on audit findings, highlighting areas where internal controls are weak or operations need improvement. Gather and analyze financial data to identify issues with internal controls, inefficiencies, potential fraud, and instances of non-compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide analysis reports on how assets are being used and recommend actions to optimize financial performance. Participate in the supervision of audit processes at various establishments, determining the necessary scope for financial investigations. Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring timely filing for clients. Review financial records to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings, and assist in researching tax regulations to optimize tax strategies for individuals and businesses.
