Duties of the Accounting Specialist:
- Process vendor payable invoices
- Balance petty cash on a quarterly basis
- Process and print checks
- Perform special projects assigned by Controller
- Perform AP/AR functions
Requirements preferred of the Accounting Specialist:
- Bs in Accounting
- 1+ years of experience
- Excel, Word, and Outlook - intermediate level
