LHH is looking for a highly organized and efficient accounting receptionist to provide administrative support to one of our client's. The ideal candidate will handle various office tasks, communicate with clients, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Assist with data entry and updating accounting databases.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Handle inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
