What the Accounting Project Coordinator will do:

  • Handle invoices, contracts, change orders, lien releases, and compliance tracking to maintain accurate and organized project records.
  • Assist in preparing pay applications, processing invoices, and making budget adjustments in collaboration with project managers and accounts payable.
  • Utilize software like ProCore and Intacct for project updates, ensuring deadlines and financial accuracy.
  • Issue and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders while supporting project closeout activities.

What the company needs from you as the Accounting Project Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry is required
  • Knowledge and experience working with Certified Payroll & Sage Intacct is a plus. (+)
  • A willingness to learn and be a team player while the company continues to expand and grow

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. This position is all in office.
