Overview:
Were seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hatssupporting both basic accounting functions and general office operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, systems, and people in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing
  • Compile, enter, and analyze sales data
  • Sort, organize, and file pay stubs, checks, and financial records
  • Prepare and mail outgoing checks

Administrative Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Support office organization and recordkeeping
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks across departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office coordination
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
