Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounting & Office Administrator supports all the internal accounting and office processes of the company.
Essential Functions:
- Manage daily administrative operations.
- Standardize and document office procedures and recommend revisions.
- Assign duties and supervise the work of the administrative staff.
- Assist with human resource tasks and duties as needed.
- Create and maintain client records within firm's practice management system.
- Assists Billing Supervisor with preparation of client invoices.
- Assists with accounts payable and credit card payments to vendors.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and firm matters.
- Cultivate a positive work environment and culture
- Other administrative projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Professional written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Must be detailed oriented, able to produce quality work with strict timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
