This role leads a team of accounting professionals and ensures adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and best practices. Key duties include managing payroll and benefits accounting, supporting audits, improving processes, and collaborating with finance leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business emphasis in Accounting
- 57 years of supervisory experience in payroll accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll systems like ADP Vantage, Blackline, and Hyperion.
- CPP certification is preferred.
Salary $125-135k
