Oversee monthly financial close and reporting processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on audits and compliance matters
Maintain and improve financial controls and operational efficiency
Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and system enhancements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive best practices across finance operations

Has a strong foundation in accounting and finance with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
