Accounting Manager
Miami, FL (On-site 3 days/week)
4-Month Contract (Interim)
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr W2 (Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurance)

Key Responsibilities of Accounting Manager:
- Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Sign off on reconciliations, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Conduct balance reviews and support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide insights and analysis on financial statements and support audits as needed.
Qualifications of Accounting Manager:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, preferably in a large publicly traded company or with Big 4 experience.
- Strong expertise in general ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
