As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the company's finance and accounting operations while partnering strategically with leadership to drive business success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Ensure all accounting tasks are executed with accuracy and efficiency to support organizational goals.
  • Supervise the month-end close process and ensure timely completion of financial reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and monitor accounting data to produce strategic financial reports for leadership.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial forecasting, and modeling to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate on the development of budgets and financial forecasting strategies to align with company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal processes and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and accounting best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is required
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial systems (experience with ERP preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing month-end close processes and delivering timely results.
