Job Title: Part-Time Accounting Manager
Location - Frenchtown, NJ - onsite

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely postings, and maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete postings.
- Create and Post Journal Entries
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements at the end of each month
- Manage biweekly payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process payroll thru ADP
- Assist Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Collaborate with international and department heads
- Handle ad hoc requests
- Assist with basic HR tasks (benefits, payroll)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Accounting Systems like NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
