What You'll Do:

• Lead a strong accounting team (5 direct reports) across AP, AR, fixed assets, and close.
• Own cost and inventory accounting, including year-end physical inventory and system accuracy.
• Act as a D365 ERP super user, optimizing the system to drive financial efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the plant's leadership team.
• Manage transition projects, including the wind-down of a legacy site.

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Prior leadership or supervisory exposure
• ERP proficiency (D365 a huge plus)
• Cost accounting acumen
