Accounting Manager Highlights:

Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all balance sheet accounts from reconciliation through resolution
- Conduct financial and cost analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Prepare supporting schedules for external auditors for periodic and year-end audits
- Prepare annual workpapers and work with external auditors
- Manage cash audit and application processes
- Responsible for chargeback process and reporting
- Oversee customer liability processes
- Manage direct report's performance and professional development
- Provide guidance and support to finance team regarding financial information and accounting policies
- Recommend initiatives for process optimization and automation to support company growth
- Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned.
Accounting Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 7+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
