Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

We're seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our client's growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in financial reporting, internal controls, and decision-making, directly impacting their organization's financial health and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and conduct cost-saving financial analysis.
• Oversee the general ledger, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Support ERP system implementation and process improvements.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in accounting management, GAAP, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• CPA preferred; manufacturing/ERP experience a plus
