Accounting Manager
LHH is seeking a Accounting Manager for a direct hire role with a growing, privately held manufacturing company with around 500 employees. This newly created direct hire role is on site in Bristol, PA. This is a great opportunity to join a stable company with excellent work/life balance. Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred.
Overview:
You have a progressive background in accounting and a solid understanding of GAAP.
You will perform and assist with all daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting functions - including month/year end closings, annual audit prep, and special projects as assigned. You will assist with managing the annual budget, including forecasting and P&L.
Experience with cost accounting functions is vital to this position.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- 3-5+ years' years of professional experience in accounting/finance department
- Experience in manufacturing preferred,
- Experience with cost accounting is a plus
- Strong GAAP knowledge.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- ERP System experience
- Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including demonstrable expertise with Excel
Salary: $120,000 -140,000 + bonus
