The firm is seeking to hire an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for assisting with the month-end close, reconciling accounts, performing monthly variance analysis, and managing/allocating costs/fees for various investment vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the month-end close overseeing several items on the balance sheet and income statement
- Manage the GL and reconcile any discrepancies
- Manage employee expense reports
- Supervise and mentor a small team
- Oversee several investment vehicles reconciling accounts and managing investment costs
- Review Accounts payable and process any outstanding invoices
- Assist with the annual audit and prepare any supporting documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting
- CPA would be a plus
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Vlookups/pivot tables)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset and excellent time management skills
