Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience performing accurate and timely bank reconciliations and managing financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
• Process and record financial transactions into accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
