The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial closes, including assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts
- Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets
- Performs monthly bank account reconciliations for all accounts.
- Prepare special financial reports, when requested by senior managers, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Create and update expense reports
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of accounting, finance or related field experience
- Knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively
