Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the Controller and Accounting Team, while also managing critical HR data entry functions with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Light Accounting support: entering bills, invoicing, matching up payments, data entry into software
- Provide Accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department
- Type accurately: prepare and maintain accounting and HR documents and records
- Perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Enter employee data into Paylocity-light HR support
- Filing, reporting, projects, general admin support
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Exposure to accounting (preferred not required)
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office
