A well-established professional services firm located in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accounting Assistant to join its team. Schedule & Compensation:
- Position Type: In-office, full-time
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Denver Tech Center (On-site Position)
- 1 hour Lunch Break
- Pay: $52,000-$55,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mail invoices
- Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances
- Address and resolve billing-related inquiries
- Handle third-party billing coordination
- Perform account reconciliations
- Support general accounting and administrative functions
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks is helpful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
