Full-time or part-time
Monday - Friday 24-40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities -
Provide administrative support to finance and management teams (scheduling, correspondence, file maintenance)

Assist with payroll processes, including email communication, certified payroll reports, and monthly reporting

Digitally organize and file work orders, invoices, and statements

Support monthly billing and invoice mailing

Track and manage company credit card expenses using RAMP software

Help process subcontractor approval forms

Assist with bid documentation organization in SharePoint

Manage and track office supply inventory and orders
Qualifications -
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills

Bonus: Familiarity with Timberline software
