Overview of the Accounting and Office Administrator Role:
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation: Manage new hire paperwork, ensuring all financial documentation is complete for accounting purposes.
- Payroll & Timekeeping: Oversee payroll processes, including time card verification, and process payroll timesheets through ADP, ensuring accuracy in every step.
- Benefits Enrollment: Handle employee benefits enrollment and updates, liaising with benefits providers and ensuring smooth integration with payroll.
- Financial Recordkeeping: Assist with maintaining accurate employee records for accounting purposes, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Administrative Support: Serve as a backup to the administrative team, handling customer inquiries, providing essential financial data when needed.
