What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare detailed financial reports-balance sheets, P&L statements, forecasts
- Administer end-to-end payroll processes using systems like ADP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and support month-end close
- Calculate, prepare and issue invoices, account statements and other financial statements
- Process tax filings, government forms, and payroll adjustments
- Serve as a key liaison between HR and Finance
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in both accounting and payroll
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP Pay eXpert, and Excel
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfort with tools like SharePoint, Dropbox, and Google Drive
