A high-growth crypto firm is recruiting for an Accountant. This firm is renown for their prominent research on the blockchain ecosystem as well as their investment accolades in the industry.
This role will focus on to managing financial operations, tracking crypto transactions, and ensuring compliance with evolving accounting standards.
This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days in person to the San Francisco, CA office. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accuracy for fiat and crypto transactions.
- Reconcile bank accounts, crypto wallets, and investment holdings.
- Assist in financial reporting, tax filings, and audit preparations.
- Support payment processing, invoicing, and fund tracking.
Requirements
- Must have CPA licensure, or at least completed FAR and REG.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in VC, fintech, or crypto.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred - familiarity with crypto transactions and blockchain analytics tools.
