Job Details
  • M-F
  • 8 hour days
  • lunch break
  • 10 Federal holidays off
  • PTO package
  • Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience
  • Processing payroll, managing employee's personnel records, processing tenant's payments, reconciling tenant ledgers, reconciling vendor statements, coding invoices, and assisting with month-end property closing
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Suites
  • Reports to the CFO
  • Property Management software experience such as Yardi or Skyline is a plus
