Job Details

Are you a rising Staff Accountant looking for a role where you can grow, get hands-on experience, and work alongside a collaborative team? We're looking for someone who is eager to take ownership of financial processes, expand their skill set, and be part of a tech-forward environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in managing AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations across multiple clients.
• Prepare journal entries, maintain accruals, and manage depreciation schedules.
• Work closely with senior accountants and leadership to implement process improvements.
• Gain exposure to automation tools and ERP system selection.
• Support financial reporting and work on ownership transitions and strategic projects.

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a dynamic, multi-client setting.
• Solid grasp of debits and credits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems or a willingness to learn.
• A team-player mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
