We are committed to developing innovative solutions for our customers and are seeking to hire an Accountant to support our ambitious growth plans.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review invoices for rental services, additional charges, and penalties (e.g., late returns, damages, fuel charges, excess mileage).
- Validate billing information for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain billing reports, including aging reports and revenue summaries.
- Reconcile rental transactions with financial records.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards.
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations for billing transactions.
- Post invoices and payments in the accounting system
- Checking all closed hire Agreement of cash & Credit customer on daily basis and raising
- Invoices for Closed Hire Agreements.
- Raising Monthly Invoice of running customers
- Generating & Circulate reports on unconfirmed Invoices to all concerned at least once monthly
- Travel Agent non rental charges to coordinate and ensure it is recovered from customer
- Also send Monthly statement to Tour Operators.
- Ensure all the Closed Agreements are received from Counters.
- Checking & Entering receipts JDE (oracle) for Payment.
- Perform additional Duties/functions as directed or assigned by immediate supervisor.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Proven track record of success in accounting field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with accounting software and other tools.
