Job Details

The Repapering Specialist will collaborate with the Director of Transitions to assist advisors in transitioning their practice to our firm.

Key responsibilities include:

New Account Opening
Account Transfers (ACAT)
Reviewing Notifications and Outstanding Items
Processing Move Money Paperwork

Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, and Excel
Experience with LPL Financial, Charles Schwab, or Fidelity paperwork required

Core Competencies:

Strong attention to detail
Proactive, critical thinker able to work independently with minimal direction
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
