We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our client's dynamic team at their state-of-the-art Anderson facility. This is not your typical call center role - this position serves as a key liaison between our partner company and their valued customers, ensuring top-tier service and seamless coordination across departments.

As an Account Support Representative, you will work directly with customers, sales, logistics, and production teams to manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and support account activities. Your ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, and stay organized will be vital to your success.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $19 - $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts using CRM software
  • Coordinate deliveries with logistics and confirm delivery dates with production
  • Maintain updated price lists and order details
  • Answer and direct corporate phone calls
  • Enter, modify, or cancel sales orders and forecasts
  • Navigate customer portals to update information
  • Build strong relationships through clear, responsive communication
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow company communication procedures and policies
  • Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
