The Account Supervisor is the key day-to-day contact lead for client, partner agencies and internal team. You are a strategic thinker who can leverage client-business insight against a breadth of agency resources to deliver measurable results and a positive client relationship. Why We're Excited to Have You Join Our Team:
You are/have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in art/trade school.
- 6-8 years Account Services experience in advertising agency or similar
- Candidates MUST have marketing agency experience focusing on brand-related accounts.
- Experience within the brand space and a strong understanding of digital and social asset creation and production are important in addition to:
- Broadcast
- POP
- Radio
- That combination of low ego and high work ethic that focuses less on status and hierarchy and more on the quality of work that goes out.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Works collaboratively and proactively on multi-functional teams and open to feedback
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage project timelines and juggle several projects and once from strategy to delivery
- Keep SOW and BCRs up to date and ready to report at any given moment
- Solution oriented and accountable for projects and campaigns
- Well organized and be able to talk through projects quickly keeping next steps top of mind
- Multicultural experience a plus
- Must read, speak and understand Spanish
