As a Sr. Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of large-scale corporate, social, and in-house events, bringing client visions to life while fostering genuine, meaningful relationships.
THE DAY-TO-DAY: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their journey from initial planning through execution and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, creative departments, and external vendors to craft dynamic, high-impact events.
- Develop and present innovative proposals that align with client goals while exceeding their expectations.
- Lead on-site event installations and manage all logistical aspects to ensure flawless execution.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell services and enhance client offerings.
- Maintain thorough financial oversight, including pricing, negotiations, and final contract agreements.
- Stay ahead of trends by participating in industry research, trade shows, and professional development opportunities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in special events, sales, production, entertainment, catering, or hospitality.
- 3+ years of relevant experience required, with a background in event production, sales, or entertainment management being a plus.
- Proficiency in event software like Delphi, Meeting Matrix, or Social Tables is a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting connections with clients and teams.
