Account Representative

StaffBright has an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with one of our long-time clients. We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role involves engaging with current clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. With weekly bonuses on top of commissions, earning potential is high-top performers exceed $100K annually.

This team is open to REMOTE hires in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

What You Will Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to current clients (35 calls/day or 2 hours of talk time).
  
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and manage pipeline in real-time.
  
• Think strategically to recommend tailored solutions for clients.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and maintain customer relationships.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

  To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

  
  
  
  
  
  • B2B outbound calling experience in a call center or sales environment.
    
  • Strong ability to think on your feet and adapt conversations to client needs.
    
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
