Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Representative located in Charlotte, NC. The Account Representative will manage client accounts, provide excellent customer service, and work closely with clients to understand their needs. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves engaging in sales efforts, training clients on our services, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.
