We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Managing Customer Service Specialist who will be integral to our company's success, as it involves building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, full cycle account management, and enhancing our overall customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and customer support, with a keen understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the industrial manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with detailed product information.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Utilize MAS 200 and Made2Manage systems to monitor customer orders, track shipments, and manage customer accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes, aiming to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and provide support in the sales process.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Coordinate with the production department to ensure product availability and manage customers' expectations.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing customer service.
- Proficiency in using MAS 200 and Made2Manage systems or other ERP tracking systems.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts as a customer service representative in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
- Intermediate to Advance skills in Excel (pivot tables, V-Lookup, etc ).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm and professional.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the organization.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
