We are currently in search of an "ACCOUNT MANAGER" to join our Wind team, reporting to the Director of Wind USA. Supporting wind farm managers with the supply of small and large component, logistic and stock management solutions to ensure the optimal operation of their assets.


Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand customers' business needs and recommend tailored solutions and strategies to drive growth and generate additional revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, support, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and expectations.
  • Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and ensure that service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
  • Provide consistent and clear communication to customers about updates, issues, or any changes affecting their business.

Requirements:

  • Experience : 1 year in Wind sales and customer service.
  • Education : Technical knowledge of renewable/electrical energy systems and installations.
  • Technical Skills : Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role in a client-facing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset. Ability to identify customer needs and effectively propose appropriate solutions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Competencies : Experience in developing strategic partnerships and alliances. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.

  • Flexible schedule : 10 hour shift. 8 hour shift. Monday to Friday.
  • Competitive salary : $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year + eligibility for bonus.
