About the Role As an Account Manager you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with our MSP partners across the US. You'll act as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clients are supported, engaged and seeing measurable value from our platform. This is a high-impact role where your ability to understand client needs, drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities will directly influence our continued success in the region.
What you'll be doing - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of MSP clients, ensuring they achieve optimal value from our platform
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with inforcer's solutions
- Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, relaying insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help improve our platform
- Use data and account health indicators to proactively engage with clients, identify risks and drive adoption
- Help clients get the most from the platform by developing and guiding account plans aligned with their objectives
- Cross collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience
- Support customer adoption and retention with workshops and training, both in person and virtually

Skills We Need for This Role - Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing role in the MSP or cybersecurity industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Commercially minded with confidence in identifying growth and renewal opportunities
- Highly organised and self-driven, capable of managing multiple client relationships at once
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and working across teams
