THIS ROLE IS BASED IN JEDDAH

About the Role:

  • Seeking an experienced Account Manager with 3-5 years in sales, specifically in Urology.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
  • Primary support will be for KSA, Western, and Southern regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes for specific customer segments, identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning by providing detailed business intelligence for accounts.
  • Develop stakeholder maps, define touchpoints, and update account information regularly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOLs, promoting health economics arguments and engaging decision-makers.
  • Support clinical teams in identifying and managing sales opportunities based on clinical support; perform clinical selling under RSM guidance.
  • Gather information on tenders and negotiation opportunities through interactions with stakeholders and clinical support.
  • Operate in compliance with Boston Scientific corporate guidelines and procedures.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Degree in medical science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Product Specialist in medical companies.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multifunctional environment.
