Compensation: $50,000 per year (Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities + Commission Pay )

Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and account growth. This role is the primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting them from onboarding through ongoing strategy and service delivery. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main contact for client communications, requests, and escalations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly reviews to maintain strong relationships
  • Understand each client's business needs and IT goals
Sales Growth & Account Expansion
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., managed IT services, communications tools)
  • Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and orders
  • Log all sales activity and maintain up-to-date CRM records
Order & Vendor Coordination
  • Oversee quote-to-order workflow to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate with vendors on pricing, registrations, and delivery tracking
  • Manage order-related issues to uphold a high client experience standard
Service Delivery Support
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries across all communication channels
  • Work alongside operations and technical teams to resolve client concerns
  • Provide recommendations to support clients' technology roadmaps
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management or similar client-facing B2B role
  • Background in IT services or technology sales is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver high-quality service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems proactively
  • Experience working with vendors and internal teams on project delivery
