Job Title: Account Manager / Sales Manager
Location: Meridian, ID - 83642

Mon to Fri - 8 Hours

Responsible for selling the company's products or services. Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices. Responsible for accounts/customers/clients within an established geographic territory, limited industry, product segment, or channel. 5-7 years of experience

Duties:
  • Develop strong relationships at all levels within assigned accounts.
  • Champion account needs at all levels internally and externally to balance customer and Micron needs, sales, and profitability.
  • Lead, train, and educate account sales and marketing teams to promote and advocate Micron brands to stakeholders and their customers.
  • Achieve sales quotas, targets, and growth goals.
  • Analyze revenue, sales targets, and account expenses.
  • Ensure accuracy with pricing, listings, reporting, etc. to maintain profitability.
  • Schedule and facilitate weekly or bi-weekly conference calls with assigned accounts and partner teams.
  • Develop regular sales reports with key insights to internal leadership team.
  • Give sales presentations to high-level executives.
  • Manage retail inventory and sales forecasting.
  • Manage interdepartmental relationships, i.e., Channel Marketing, Logistics, Accounting, Order Management, Advertising, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Discover and build new relationships within accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, and pricing.
  • Drive and define our retail strategy in assigned accounts.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years' experience in the retail sales, experience in electronics, PCs, gaming, or Amazon a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Detail oriented, problem solver
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
  • Ability to present and communicate and influence at all levels of both customer and internal executive leaders
  • History of achieving and exceeding sales targets
